Frequently asked questions (FAQS) about what to expect at New Hope:

What kind of worship service do you offer?

Expect to be blessed while we sing and music is being played unto the Lord. Our focus is not on being traditional or contemporary but on Who we worship. It is common to hear both a beloved hymn and a modern worship song in the same service.

What do people wear at New Hope?

Not everyone dresses the same. You will see some people dressed up, and you will also see some who prefer to dress comfortable. We believe God is more interested in you than what you wear.

Where do I park when I come to a worship service or event?

As soon as you begin to see the building, there is a parking lot immediately to your right. If you keep driving up towards the building, you will see a large area of parking , including handicap spaces. If you are still having difficulty finding a parking space, we even have an additional parking lot in behind the building.

Do I have to give anything?

We rely upon the giving of our members and regular attenders. The only thing that we ask is that you would fill out one of our guest cards so we can get to know you better. These cards can be found at the Welcome Desk and in the church pews. If you would like to fill out one of these cards, you can place it in the offering plate when it is passed around.

What about my children? Is there something for them? Are they secure?

At New Hope we provide several ministries for children. These ministries also include taking care of your children by providing a special program suited to their age while you enjoy our regular service. If you would like for us to provide this ministry to you and your child, our nursery is located adjacent to the sanctuary. If your child is preschooler or below the third grade, he or she may join us when the children are dismissed to children’s church.  We also strive to provide and maintain both a safe and secure environment for every child.
